Featuring everything you have come to expect from an IWC event including panels, workshops, speakers and fellowship with other sober women. There will be hybrid sessions to ensure that everyone, regardless of their location, can feel connected to the larger community.

Important Information

Before you register, please read this important information:

For All Registrants:

  • IWC is a CLOSED conference for AA women registrants only.
  • The conference begins at noon on Thursday, February 12, 2026.
  • In-person registration ends December 1, 2026 or when full.
  • Online registration ends on February 11, 2027.
  • PLEASE NOTE: To meet our contractual obligations, there will be NO REFUNDS AFTER DECEMBER 1, 2026.
  • The 63rd International Women’s Conference is not responsible for loss of personal items or any personal injury.

For In-Person Registrants:

    • Maximum banquet occupancy is 3000.
    • Badges must be worn at all times.
    • Childcare is NOT provided.
    • Only service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are allowed. Emotional support animals are not permitted.
    • To help create a comfortable environment for everyone, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing strong fragrances.
    • Do you have any accessibility requirements or accommodations that would support your full participation in the conference? If so, please email us.

Meals

Friday Night Banquet           $75

Enjoy a delicious buffet dinner featuring Buffalo’s hometown favorites—crispy chicken wings, beef-on-weck sandwiches, cup & char pepperoni pizza, hearty macaroni & cheese, and sweet pastry hearts. Share in fellowship with women from near and far as we gather in gratitude and connection. After dinner, be inspired by an uplifting speaker, then relax and enjoy an evening of entertainment and laughter together.

Saturday Night Banquet      $85

Join us for a warm evening of fellowship and connection with AA women over a beautifully plated dinner. Guests may choose from three delicious entrées: beef, chicken, or vegetarian. After enjoying the meal and good company, we’ll listen to an inspiring speaker and close the night with uplifting entertainment and shared laughter.

Sunday Morning Brunch      $45

Join us for a joyful Sunday brunch as we come together in fellowship to reflect on a weekend of growth, connection, and recovery. We’ll share meaningful moments, hear an inspiring closing speaker, and celebrate the bonds we’ve built before saying farewell—renewed in spirit and strengthened in unity.
