Conference Registration
Featuring everything you have come to expect from an IWC event including panels, workshops, speakers and fellowship with other sober women. There will be hybrid sessions to ensure that everyone, regardless of their location, can feel connected to the larger community.
$65.00 In-Person Registration
February 1, 2025 until December 1, 2025 or when full.
$20.00 Online Registration
February 1, 2025 until February 15, 2026.

Important Information
Before you register, please read this important information:
For All Registrants:
- IWC is a CLOSED conference for AA women registrants only.
- The conference begins at noon on Thursday, February 12, 2026.
- In-person registration ends December 1, 2025 or when full.
- Online registration ends on February 15, 2026.
- PLEASE NOTE: To meet our contractual obligations, there will be NO REFUNDS AFTER DECEMBER 1, 2025.
- The 62nd International Women’s Conference is not responsible for loss of personal items or any personal injury.
For In-Person Registrants:

- Maximum banquet occupancy is 1,000.
- Badges must be worn at all times.
- Childcare is NOT provided.
- Only service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are allowed. Emotional support animals are not permitted.
- To help create a comfortable environment for everyone, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing strong fragrances.

For Online Conference Registrants:
- If you’ve signed up for the online conference, be on the lookout for how to sign up with vFairs, our online event platform. We will communicate more information about how to register mid-2025.

Savor a mouth-watering three-course feast, be moved by the power of the Sobriety Countdown, then listen to our featured speaker share the language of her heart. And guess what? You'll be among the first to learn where the IWC is heading in 2028! The fun kicks off with live entertainment before dinner—so make sure you're there for it all!
Sunday Morning Brunch $45
Enjoy Sunday brunch while listening to the powerful words of one of our AA sisters. As we close this extraordinary weekend, let’s appreciate the love and gratitude we have for our recovery and the treasured moments we’ve shared with our sober sisters. We will close the IWC by forming a circle and ending with the Serenity Prayer.
