- Make your reservations by January 12, 2009 in order to receive our IWC room block rate.
- All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.
- As a conference policy, we ask that you book only one room in your name. This is to ensure we meet our contractual commitment to the hotel and avoid a high rate of cancellations.

- The hotel is a completely non-smoking facility.
- Hotel parking at the Marriott Downtown is $12 per day for both guests and non-guests. Off-site parking is available; contact the hotel for details.
